THE CHALLENGE
XEPOS provides state of the art EPOS systems, software packages and point of sale accessories. Working within a variety of sectors, including Michelin star restaurants, bars, fashion retailers, salons, jewellers, and large hotel chains. XEPOS felt their lack of cohesive branding, poorly designed website and UX & UI design would hold them back when competing with industry leaders. They knew they needed strength of brand and overall design to take their business to the next level.
WHAT WE DID
XEPOS wanted new branding that was fresh and strong, something that would set them on par with industry leaders. Requirements included a new logo, a colour palette that would be effective online, together with vibrant, contemporary and consistent illustrations and typography. XEPOS are always looking at new ways to improve the user-experience of their products but, following rapid growth, their software clearly needed an overhaul. We followed our user-centred design approach to identify an innovative solution to match the natural behaviours of XEPOS’ customers and ensure long-term use.
THE RESULT
We’ve worked with XEPOS on brand identity, web design, software design, and their overall digital marketing strategy to help drive their business forward and set them a level above their competition. The website delivers clear and concise information through video, illustrations, bold imagery and clean colour usage and layout. The home page gives the user an industry specific route to more detailed and technical information via custom tabs. The dashboard and frontend of their EPOS software was redesigned from the ground up.
