BrewBroker work with multiple stakeholders within the brewing community, from breweries of all sizes and capacities, to retailer contracts, event companies, design providers right through to equipment and services providers. The platform connects buyers with sellers across the industry, with the aim of doing brewery business more efficiently. Due to a large number of complex and diverse customer and user groups, we had to ensure the website got the message across effectively and efficiently.
The diverse groups that BrewBroker work with were filtered into three distinct groups, those who brew beer, those who trade and those who are part of the supply chain.
This enabled us to create more intuitive and personalised user journeys. Since the journeys were ever-evolving, we decided to build a suite of modules in our Superfly CMS that BrewBroker could grow and adapt their site as they pleased. This left the client totally in control, no requirement for further design or development.
The journeys were supplemented by a suite of landing pages that were used for user- group specific campaigns (across paid media and organic social). These funneled the right users to the content they required and triggered the required CTAs.
